A seasoned industry veteran with a background at McDonald's and Taco Bell. Dedicated to management and training excellence. Proudly served in the Colorado Air National Guard (1984-1988).
The Strategist
40 Years Experience
A CU Boulder Business graduate fluent in Mayan, Spanish, and English. Grew up in Guatemala and Grand Junction, bringing 40 years of international hospitality insight to every recipe.
